Bayer introduces One-A-Day specialized supplements with herbs.

 
  Marking the first extension of a well-known traditional multivitamin brand into the herbal category, Bayer has announced the introduction of eight new products that will begin shipping in mid-August. The new line will include Tension & Mood, containing St. John's wort and B vitamins; Bone Strength with calcium and soy extracts; and Cold Season, containing echinacea, vitamin C, and zinc. Bayer's new line features standardized herbs and the average retail price will be under $10.
